Step Number 3:

Now you must create a user account on your server that has permission to access your new database. Enter a UserName and Password in the fields shown below and click "Add User". Again you will see a screen showing that has been completed and click the "Back" link.

Note: Your database user will usually be assigned as AccountName_UserName. Write this info down along with the password chosen since you will need it later.
